Prepare For Closing

  • Receive Closing Disclosure from Lender with Final Loan Terms and Closing Costs

  • Do a Final Walk-Through

Closing Day

  • Both Parties Sign Documents

  • Funds are Dispersed

  • Property Ownership is Transferred to Buyer

  • Receive Keys and Get Ready to Move in!
